Conferences
Mission Beach Resort offers a spacious conference suitable for up to 150 delegates. Our Rainforest Room offers a view onto our tropical gardens, with plenty of natural light in the room. We happily cater for a Variety of conferences from small meetings to conferences held over several days

Functions
Mission Beach Resort offers two locations for functions. Our Rainforest Room will seat up to 180 guests in air-conditioned comfort. This room has a foyer area for welcoming your guests, fully stocked bar, portable parquetry dance floor and large floor space with plenty of natural light.
Our Cabana Bar will seat up to 100 guests in an outdoor poolside area. The Cabana Bar is perfect for a casual function. Relax poolside while one of our experienced Chef’s prepare a gourmet BBQ for your guests. This area is weather dependant.
Both areas attract a set up fee which includes all linen, glassware, all cutlery and staffing.

Weddings
Mission Beach Resort offers the perfect location for your wedding ceremony and reception. We would be delighted to welcome you and assist in making your day very special for both you and your guests.
Our Rainforest Function Room is the perfect venue for your wedding reception. The room is fully air-conditioned and will comfortably seat up to 180 guests. |
Mission Beach Resort provides white linen table cloths, white linen napkins, skirted bridal table, gift table and cake table, parquetry dance floor, all cutlery and glassware, lectern and microphone and full staffing requirements for your special day. |
Optional extras are endless. Your guests can enjoy our pre dinner platters in our Rainforest Bar and foyer area. Plush ruby red carpet runner rolled out for your arrival, wishing well ready for your personal decorations, chair covers for the bridal table with your choice of sash.
Mission Beach Resort is also delighted to offer the Bride and Groom complimentary overnight accommodation in one of our King Deluxe Suites with an in room Spa. |
